    Even if you got the job you are four hours on the road already. Times however much gear you need to do the job. $900 naw! $9000 sounds better if the job an hour away, excluding my brother in Milwaukee.

    I do planks in just about every conceivable direction and format. I also do a version of yoga to maintain flexibility. Good muscle mass around the spine helps reduce the possibility of spinal injury.

    He's one of those who hits the brake after every cut. Lots of wear and tear on a safety device you want to work when really needed. Also a good way to stretch a chain real quick. Enough stretch may lead to another safety hazard.
