‘Closing bids’ Piss off!

Had the traînée up his biggest tree yet. Removing some big back weight branches off a dying oak so we can fell it. He got tired and sloppy during the ringing down and smashed a concrète post. We bodged it up and the client was ok. Ruined an otherwise outstanding day.

Financially I’m about in line with last year, which wasnt a record breaker by any means. The différence is I’m telling peeps I can do it next week (or even tomorrow!) Could be worse I suppose.

Scratching around a bit tbh. Second week in september is when the retopping can begin, got some décent jobs in the diary. Not fighting them off with a shitty stick thats for sure.

That is a big mess. What caused the failure? Meaning wind or something, not looking to go too deep into causes Just yet.
