Stihl easy start recoil.

Has anyone tried it while climbing ? I chose the regular for my 012.

I think my 192T came standard with it.
I can't really tell any difference truth be told.

I dont climb but I think stihl has the best easy start system out there. Tested it out here. Can pull inch at a time till wound up and it unwounds to start itself basically.

Dont jerk start them like normal. Just pull slowly and let it do its thing. Great idea for folks with hurt shoulders, hands or limited movement.

I have one on a 250C, and I love it. Handy for corral work that I do with it. Never had any trouble.

My hired man has been running it for several years and still cant figure it out!
