When I started at SPs I started a few disease threads, as that was our bread and butter, and I learned some good new things about both the local, native pathogens, and the decay patterns in trees, with their associated quirks for working with them.

I have a new tree species for me, Tulip Poplar, which Tucker is familiar with, and Brendon and Cory, I'd guess, too. Never seen one.

A thread for each species, as people see fit to add. It would be a bit of an encyclopedia entry.

Talk amongst yourselves.

Great idea. If you make it to the east coast, there's some tulip poplars that might blow your mind.

What's their range like? I've never seen them, except online.

Where would the threads fit best?
