On the ball! Yep literally!

I have one of these big gym balls to sit, bounce and balance on.
Really find it helps with the posture, stretching out etc etc.
I can now balance for 30 some seconds with out touching the ground.
This is way more fun than the ol desk chair.
cept it makes holdin a beer more difficult:beerchug:
 
See how long you can do it after drinking one beer, then two, then three, and so on. Oh yeh video would be good :) Could be a fun drinking game.
 
I use a big ball for my office desk chair...my preferred way to sit.

Often take calls with feet on the floor in one direction, ball in small of back, belly button up to the ceiling, head down. Maybe weird but a good ab stretch.

(That's not me in the picture....sorry.)

I used to do squats on one of those gym balls. I was heavily into competitive kayaking and paddling at the time and had phenomenal balance from surfing... Good core workout.
