yes, good content. i hope there is more coming, too. and no, this is not spanrigging. with spanrigging you dump your piece in the belly of a line that „spans“ two anchorpoints. the piece will get lowered between those anchorpoints. he is using a drift/butt-line.

Action tree-work vids are exciting and fun to watch, but as a video creator you can pass on much more satisfying information, along with all the excitement, if you explain the reasons behind what you're doing as you go along.

August Hunicke is doing this in most of his latest vids.

It's the only way to go.
