Changing dump truck hydraulic oil?

My chip truck has an electric over hydraulic dump and I am trying to change the hyd oil but the reservoir has no drain plug.

Just wondering the correct way to go about this.... Obviously I would not get 100% of the old fluid out considering I need the body up to access the reservoir tank......

Set up a siphon with either a prime bulb or suck on it. Set the bed down and drain. You'll never get 100% without dismantling it all. Not really necessary anyway, get what you can and pump some fluid back in through the hose

Thanks! So I will pump the new fluid in with the bed down, but then how do I check the fluid level? All I could find online said to check the level with the bed down.......???

It's probably a 2 1/2 gal resevior. If you look at the pump you should see make and model, Google is your friend.
