I hear ya the subs that I use are 43-50, now I am not saying that is old as much as it is saying they are experienced. It is really nice working with guys that know what the hell is going on.

I really like working with the old guys in our crew. Wives won't allow holes in their clothes and they are all mature and self contained, their lives in a perfect order with no financial worries with their pensions and social security. It just compels to come up on them from behind and apply a strangle hold until they start turning red.
