Breakfast!!!

Hmmm....somehow I just feel safer getting my eggs out of a shell and not pouring them out of a carton. My trust for highly processed foodstuffs is pretty low.
 
99% egg whites.

Yummy. I'll take my eggs yolk and all from the shell :)
 
I probably average 4 eggs every 2-3 months.

Most say the yolk is the tasty part, but I don't care for them in fried eggs.
 
Over Medium or Easy with sumtin to dip.... I am a sucka for an egg sammich with the fixens though :D And when Rob makes home made English Muffins.. Wellll what more can I describe..
 
Maybe it's the roosters contribution that make farm eggs healthy and store eggs not so much:lol:
 
chicken leg, salad, zucchin, two (ok, I ended up eating 4) mini croissants and a brewski. Wife made most of it, all I did was grill the chicken. twas tasty.
