What Did Ya'll Have For Dinner Tonight?

I bought a big package of frozen Stouffer's Lasagana when it was on sale a few months ago (serves 12, $7.50) I asked some ladies that were grabbing them up if they were good. They said they were.

I cooked it last night. They were wrong.

(IMHO, of course.)

Last night was chicken curry.

Between the lebanese, thai, indian, italian, and american food that I've had this week... I've got a UN meeting in the colon. :D

BBQ chicken breast, salad (spinach and romaine leaves with carrots and grapes dressed in dijon dressing with olive oil), rice (cooked in chicken stock), spicy bread with parmesan and a glass of red vino! 90% of it from scratch. :D

Egg Drop Chili!

Egg drop chili? that sounds good to be honest but we are having a stir fry of sorts here over noodles. :)

Calzone from a different pizza joint than my usual place. The last few pizzas from Anthony's have been awfully skimpy with little sauce and less cheese. They have also been burnt (cooking faster due to less ingredients). I'm on the hunt for a new pizza place and this one isn't bad. Their pizza is just ok but their calzone is quite good.
:D
