More than likely by saving it to his computer, flipping it with whatever photo editing software he uses, save and repost. Many times a photo shot upside down will display correctly in a photo editor, but unless you save it right side up before posting, it will display upside down on the net.

Taken a couple of days ago during my first try out of a new PMI Chest Roller. I had to mount the HH above the roller or the roller would keep the hitch from engaging....just a one time deal...won't happen again.
