Well if that pressure point is 2" or 3" above your ankle, it sounds like your new spurs are too short! Are you wrapping the lower strap around the shank like most of the pictures of the carbons show? I have had some spurs were doing that caused pain like you are describing. The cure was to...- DMc

Just what part of the spurs are causing the pain. I am trying to visualize any part other than the shank that would hit that low.- DMc
