The 150tc is the new 23cc top handle saw...the smallest top handle Stihl makes. Great for certain pruning jobs where I HATE hauling a 200 around for 3" cuts and where there is too much for just using the handsaws.

Haha, talk about 'the snarl' I was dueling with my competition today, we were on either side of a small harbour, they are dismantling massive ficus, I was reducing casuarinas. Absolutely no doubt two proper arborists with 200t's, all the other wannabes can't make the snarl we do!

Have you treid cleaning the fuel tank breather? Sounds like the pressure is not able to equalize.

Ta...will this method work in general for most saws, once you know the RPM range for the model? Always done it by ear...never quite sure I've got them just right...

When doing the WOT revs, I assume you're using the H screw to go from 11/12 to 13,500 at that point? May be self explainatory to the gearheads, but I need a bit more clarification to be sure!

I'm still running my 020t...screen out, 14" bar, 3/8 picco...starts every time, still going strong! I had the carb changed to a two jet one just after I found it around 9yrs ago...yes it was a free saw...

I guess I've been lucky... Hey, I saw in the paper here (Tasmania) this morning, an MS290 for sale for $950AUD!!!! At the present exchange rate that's around $1000US! I have one coming in my container, maybe I'll sell it and buy a 200t from one of y'all...or a polesaw...

Different size bar nuts...what, are they nuts? Why on earth did they do that? That's one of the really nice things about Stihl, a lot of the same sized basic stuff on all the saws! Check the flippy cap...it has MARKS on it to let you see how to line it up...ooooh, aaaah....:what:

Tool-less filler caps with closure alignment marks... Ha! I like the roundy corners...
