I have no clue. Just passing on info from what I was told in the past. Because I never went through with it when I sold both 034 and 036. Thats why I said get hold of mastermind. He has done these first hand.

mastermind knows this conversion first hand. 034/036 upgraded to 360-044 set up. Part #1125-007-1041 to upgrade. $35 for the complete kit at dealer Some say something about having to tweak the oiler drive wire to the drum on the upgrade. I'm not sure on this part.

You meaning a stihl mini in 325 8?

346 should be right at home with 325 8T. I run 3/8 7T which is about same rim size. I think you would notice the difference in torque between 325 7-8 with a 20" buried in hardwood.
