I just use my 100% synthetic Klotz 2 stroke oil for that bearing and rings on rebuilds. Used my 80/20 and Dino oil before that. All worked the same.

Thats what I use on sprocket bearings. I just use finger to wipe outside of bearing and wipe a little on crankshaft area. Never a problem and never excess anywhere. I use the NAPA high temp which is the Valvoline high temp.
