    I have (3) 372xp's. They are parts saws,,One is full wrap and (2) are half wrap. I can get a pic tomorrow. Jeff,,had to use the apostrophe.

    A lightning strike on a tree can not enter the tree. The tree and most commonly the bark is blown outward by the massive heated air impact and compresses the bark and in in a mili second it is blown off by the shock wave of super heated air. Bottom line, the electricity never entered the tree. Jeff

    Glad you responded. Actually, yeah?,,The guy that takes care of our saws will not do anything that is not by the book. I use the platinum 2 stoke oil that cost a lot. The saws are good but I can not see spending $200 parts and labor for a $2 part. I will have them fixed probably like you said...

    I havent read the whole thread, but has anyone had the heat shield under the motor that is held by 2 small rivets come loose. I have 2 that have and they dont sell the part. I have to buy a tank assembly. Maybe later I will, but for now I bought 2 more T540xp's. No more 201's for me.
