Are you allergic? When I was there I asked if there was poison ivy. Was told no. What is it called?

That is philodendron. It does bother some people but is nowhere near as bad as poison ivy. Philodendron washes off with water.

Yes. Heck, I have it on a tree in my back yard. It is actually behind the fence along the power line easement, but it overhangs my yard. And yes, it is sold as a house plant in both green and variegated.

You know it Brian. I try to only use handsaw cause the CS sprays that shit everywhere.
Yeah this philodendron drops calcium silicates mixed w sweat and heat puts me in itchy spasms..
it takes about 3 days to get it off skin and it usually lives in your work shirt….
It drapes the trees here like a lot….

Burning vine or Anthurium is pretty awful too, burning red sears in the skin

Yeah no poison ivy and oak are way worse.

I started out highly allergic w poison oak and then gradually my skin lost interest and now like a bump or too.

It does suck but thankfully gravity pulls it out of the tree.
