Willows are a bit strange...there are species that have to be in damp ground, and others that do not...I don't know if this is a willow, just sayin'.

Sad side note. I was talking with my friend up there whose cottonwood I demo’d. He said 40 years ago a creek ran thru there year round. Now it’s only with big rains. 😳
