I’m just reflecting on my current skill set vs what I had one year ago. Pondering safety, type of work I can comfortably take on, efficiency, gear, knowledge, and experience.

You all are a big part of that growth. Even though I don’t have a physical mentor on site, I’m not self taught. My knowledge comes from books, this forum, and YouTube. Tons of knowledge came from you guys/gal. Not trying to get mushy here but just want to give credit where it is due. So, thank you for all of your knowledge, willingness, and advice.

I think it cuts both ways. None of us know it all, and we all work in many different settings. One can always learn something new...even old dogs like me. Often enough from a newbie.
