    Between @cory and Joe Rogan I decided that tomorrow is going to be day one. Water was reading 54*F. I’ll check it in the morning and cool it down if it’s much warmer. Don’t want to go to cold right off rip. Planning on doing this before breakfast.

    A cold shower isn’t that bad. The ice bath is different though. I don’t think anyone enjoys the actual act of being in there. It would be a mental battle every day. Cory might agree since he does that.
