I've enjoyed them slightly roasted, maybe on a grill? Not sure exactly how they were prepared. Also they go great on sandwiches, Jimmy John's is a deli sandwich shop around here that uses them a bunch. I've never made them, but they taste good in those.

More importantly, where did their friends go! I love kabobs, those looked delicious too!

Some fish sticks/ chunks with homemade tartar sauce. Mostly bluegill

Even simply a dash of cinnamon completely changes the dish, but nothing compares to homemade. Also while we're on the subject, the apple salad stuff is amazing too, and of course the carmel with nuts on a stick. That's last meal worthy.

Scored me a hand me down gas grill from my brother in law, and we're doing steaks. First time grilling at home this year lol.
