Before I left for work I put a boneless pork shoulder in the crock pot. Rubbed with brown sugar, paprika, s+p. Slow cooked in cider vinegar, red pepper, cayenne, sugar, dry mustard, worcestshire, garlic salt....mmmmmmm

The can of tuna thing is part of my new diet that my weightlifter friend has me on. I'm upping the protein so I can get huge ....:lol:

Two of my best friends are greek, I'm practically greek myself. Trust me no hot peppers.....:)

Took wifey on a suprise date downtown. Had dinner at an Italian Restaurant in Bostons North End (famous for their italian population) we had chicken parm.:)
