    Jay I've tried those and they are always smaller, served with mayo and dried Bonito (oily tuna) flakes. Dont worry my work lunch is often a can and some bread as well.

    made a red curry with chicken, eggplant, broccoli. sauce is from a can, Maesri brand. My friend had a thai missus and considers himself quite the curry jedi. He says maesri is the best curry from a can/jar. I'd have to agree it tasted pretty good.

    I've had some crab- blue swimmer which isn't that meaty so its a lot of work for each bite. Yet to try Mud Crab which pretty much the pinnacle of our crabs here. Had pork knuckle washed down with dark lager tonite, it was good:thumbup:

    Lebanese food: char grilled lamb, chicken, tabouli, garlic sauce & some bean and potato dishes. lebanese bbq chicken shops are pretty popular here, you put chicken, tabouli, pickles and garlic sauce wrapped in the flat bread, its an insane combination
