A guy I work with coaches junior hockey. 1 game suspension for Gross Misconduct (checking from behind) and 5 game suspension if the ref hears you call an opponent a pussy. Makes sense, eh?

For myself, I hadn't done a physical/bloodwork my adult life and when I was pre-op to scope a meniscus tear, the heart rate monitor alarm was going off due to a low heart rate (low 40's). Bloodwork was performed and a pill prescribed.

I'm on that pill as well as my wife and recently my mother. No big whoop. I take it upon waking everyday with 500 ml of room temp water which we all should be drinking upon waking anyway or so I've heard.

I don't think about retiring as much as just paying off my mortgage. I'll keep working right to the point where I dig a hole and pull the dirt in on myself with my last breath.
