What’s the name of that device that helps you sweat the wrap? You hook it to your rigging rope above the porty to pull slack out.

Ropejack? You could do it on the cheap with a prusik/micropulley. Someone makes a half pulley for adding tension also. It has a plate to anchor to, and an exposed sheave so it's easy to put rope in. Is that part of the grcs?
