I do not understand at all how it is possible to work with ordinary headphones at temperatures above *10 *C. Only earplugs, and moreover earplugs on the bracket.
Replacement earplugs can be purchased separately. As usual, everything ingenious is simple.

These uvex headphones probably protect against chainsaw sound a little worse than regular headphones. But at least you will definitely not be left without hearing. You can simply purchase and test this hearing protection option yourself. In addition, it is much more comfortable to work at high temperatures in these headphones.

I have no doubt that the American branches (like everything else) are the coolest in the world.) However, it's still worth trying this hearing protection option.

What if those, or something similar, were designed to go over the part of your ear that you push on with a finger when you aren't wearing hearing protection but you are trying to block out loud noise with no gear, just your finger. Seems like it might be highly effective.
