    waste of money? ha! I am working on an emergency (timewise) tree report and watching over my shoulder at the mo, I dont dedicate much time to JUST watching the tube. We have it on food network most of the time, usually doing something else around the house simultaneously.

    I think we pay about $55 a month for a medium package of channels. we dont do movies or much other outdoor activity so its acceptable for us. and since the wife is home a lot now, it keeps her company when JR is on the teat
