What Did Ya'll Have For Dinner Tonight?

For me, cheese toast is bread topped with cheese (and not another piece of bread on top)and toasted/broiled in the oven until it melts/browns.

Think of it as an open-faced grilled cheese.

My oldest daughter and her roomate in college got live lobsters and they had them play Gladiator with each other before they dumped them in the boiling water.

cheese toast is a simple thing hereabouts.
slice of bread, spread a bit of margarine or butter on it, with or without garlic, sprinkle shredded cheese on the bread and stick it under the broiler or in the toaster oven until cheese begins to brown, remove, serve, enjoy. :D

looks like this when ready, depending on the bread you use.
