Is this not a reasonable place to park?

Prime rib sammiches. Some one has to eat these leftovers
Interesting how a limited gene pool and a limited labor force seem to be so closely related.

    Pork noodles.

Take a pork roast and cook it a bit in the oven, then boil it till its done.

You take some noodles and cook them with the roast.

Spoon the noodles, meat and broth into a bowl and cover it with green onions, boiled eggs and a little crushed garlic.

Top with soy sauce and Sriracha!

Its a northern Montana tradition! Well, maybe not......sort of a old time Chinook thing.

    Outstanding!

I'd have to work a couple cheeses into the mix.

    American, cheddar, maybe Swiss...
