    Something that good?

    That would be hard.

Often times when I try to lose weight, I end up having to eat more than before, just better stuff.

Gotta treat yourself once in a while though!

I'd eat it. Needs a better bun.

Smoking ribs today on my new weber smokey mountain. I've always wanted a smoker and finally got one for Christmas this year. Well between illness and super cold temps I haven't been able to use it until today. A little windy, hence the cardboard. Hope I manage to pull off something edible atleast.

The meat. Pork ribs. Rubbed, they'll cook for 3hrs then get dressed to party and another hour to finish off. I'm smoking with some applewood chunks.

Yum! What did you have to do to get the new smell out of that smoker?

I am cooking a pork roast for dinner. Wife likes those.

Nothing. It's ceramic coated and was clean so I'm just using it to 'season' it.
