I hear ya.

The guy that works for me doesn't work out except mma training and he can do the flag no problem I guess my point is some people can do this stuff, or nearly so, with little training.

Ha, and I'd venture to say some people could train a lot and not be able to do any of it.

True, to reach some of dem flanges requires the human flag, ideally.
