Perhaps I should have posted on a sailing forum, i don't know. I need a non-locking preferably less expensive version of this: http://www.iscwales.com/Products/Karabiners/KH250-Stainless-Twister-Karabiner/3376/

It's for a lighter duty marine application where I do not desire to have shackles and carabiners to achieve swiveling. It won't be for life support, max load would be a 100-150 pounds I suspect.

For those that are curious, I want to attach this to a device via webbing. Then clip the carabiner to a stainless ring on an anchor line, inflate a lift bag, and have the package slide up the 1" anchor line. Once I ascend the dive I can retrieve the package.

Totally unrelated to trees or climbing but ya'll know your clippy snappy bits so I thought you might know where to find a similar item. I may end up using a bolt snap but doubt the gate opening is big enough.

Thank you.

Edit, Found these but the gate opening is too small http://www.suncorstainless.com/swivel-web-clip It's otherwise the perfect concept. There must be something in between

How about this:
Non-locking Carabiner

...and this:
Small Swivel

Webbing girth hitched to large end of swivel, and the carabiner in the small end. The small end has a rubber O-ring imbedded into it that will keep the carabiner from moving around in the swivel's eye. They're made of stainless steel and aluminum, so corrosion shouldn't be much of an issue.
