Damn that sounds cool.

Right? Pretty much my fantasy in a nut shell, to be a time agent.

This was a cool series...

I'm in. King, Abrams, and Franco. Don't see how you could go wrong.

Forgive me if it was mentioned in already in the thread or a link but... was it ever determined where Otzi came from? As in where's his homies?

Well he was found on the Austria/Italy border. I don't think anyone has conjectured exactly where he lived but people with links to his DNA are in Corsica and Sardinia

Looks like a fun flick.

I do have a mac, it's a copy/pasting fool;)

It wasn't too bad and Michelle still looks pretty good.

The French Connection was a good movie, best car chase ever. If anyone doesn't know about the Corsican Mafia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Connection

Back on topic, sort of.

A recent find in South Australia shows there were people here 10,000 years earlier than previously thought, 49,000 years ago. And they used hafted axes, guess they would have needed them going by the size of wombats and other things then. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-11-...original-settlement-in-arid-australia/7983864

Good article. The Ötzi story's fascinating, and the forensic science is pretty cool. I think there's probably more secrets to learn from him. If I lived out there, I'd probably make it my hobby to look for more icemen. Good exercise.

Yes it is very fascinating, not only Oetzi's story but the mind blowing ways scientists have slowly been able to discover it using crazy hi tech methods.

Seems though there have been very few new developments in recent years, I wonder is it just a plateau or have we discovered all that we can about Oetzi even though there's so much more we'd so love to learn.
