Lower feed motor quit on the job yesterday. Getting 2250 psi to the bad motor. Does anyone have a source for these motors? Painfully slow progress through Altec..

Also I am looking for a mechanics manual for this chipper; not the owners manual but a real shop manual if they made one....

Thanks anyway but I ended up finding the problem. Did not realize it had keyed shafts. Just needed new woodruff keys and the set screws retightened. FWIW I found the motors through Altec in Shelby, NC. They are around 600 each +/-

Is there a flat spot for the setscrew 90deg to the key? Good time to put one on.

Thanks , are you saying I should add a 3rd set screw to each shaft? I am already gonna have to add one cause I broke one off with the impact.
