Just order one today, should be here Tuesday or wedsday.
Couldn't find a bad review?
Anyone use one?good bad?
Thinking about putting a couple holes in muffler and see what happens
Anybody ever do any modes on this saw?
PLEASE HELP
I know its not a still or huskey, but couldn't argue at the price

Lots of saw for the money.
Downside is service unless you have a good dealer near you.
Same thing regardless of brand. If dealer is no good saw will not be either.

Here local echo is sold with stihl dealer and another echo is sold with dolmar dealer. So same dealer if you bought a stihl or dolmar from here.

680 is the updated 670 6700. Family tree is 6700 670 680. I have the older 6700 and they remind me of the husky 365 in balance, feel and weight. http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/echo/echo-670/

The 680 is quad ported like a old school 372. The early 6700 had dual transfers like the old stihls 440 460 etc. Pics comparing

IMO do muffler mod under the oem deflector.
