Good vid but not the one I was looking for, I was looking for the one where they were rigging out of 2 other trees and when he was blocking it down it was just crumbling to pieces, cool sereal music in the background

I know the one, it was above some forest walkways or something.
He was so high there seemed to be clouds around him in the beginning.
Someone will know.

Nothing can detract from the actual job, but i can't help wishing the video production values were better. If that was filmed professionally nowadays, with a UAV and a decent helmet cam it would be stunning.

Mine too. And the one below is a close second. I like everything about it- the music, the editing, the wraptor, the Popeye forearm on the wraptor, the hairy job, the lanyard-only at the cut, the short bar used, the precision cut, the helmet cam perspective. Kick ass video.

Anybody know if euc barberchairs easily? If it does, that danger adds to this vid too.

My favourite is a redwood dismantle by an Italian called "Climber Giorgio"

Don't know how to do a link or post a video.

Crazy the short chunks he had to rope. I would hate doing all that cutting on the ground wearing a saddle.

Mick, do you know how to copy and paste with your 'puter?

Gerr, re an earlier post, does euc barberchair easily?

Man that was a big top he dumped out of that euc. Especially with the crown weighted one way like that. Cheers to him.

About like any other tree, Cory. You just have to take each on their own. Cut'm right and you'll be OK.

Though from my experience with the blue gum eucs the side leaners do not swing well at all. Not without an anchor to hold the side lean.

Definetly, Chris.

thanks for the info, Gerr
