Anyone in a band or play an instrument?

Heres a quick beat I made last night, not been inspired of late but I need to work on that! I played everything apart from the horn sample..

Butch, electric drums are an easy transition from acoustics. The guy at the store let me play thru headphones and I was sold. Every stroke sounds perfect every time. I have bottom of the line Yamaha DTXplorer but I have no complaints. The ability to practice drums at 5 in the morning with sleeping kids in the house is awesome. When I get a chance to play the acoustic set I don't think it has suffered from all the practice on the rubber pads of an electronic set. Of course, nothing beats the real thing.

Those look good. Ian Paice playing them sounded awesome. They wouldn't take up much space either. I seen a double kick pedal in the picture but don't think it is included...

The cocktail set would be neat to have but I'd probably buy a full set if I was laying money down. If I was rich I'd buy it all and have a huge drum room with an earplug dispenser at the door.

Alright, this will arrive next Wednesday. It's cheap as hell and I'll need to upgrade the cymbals toot sweet but all in all it's gonna be a cool kit!
