Motorcycling.

Nice bikes squisher.

I may have talked myself into a new bike this spring. I’m thinking about a KLR 650 so I can hit the backroads. You can ride all over Idaho and only have to travel a minimal amount of highway.

Very pretty, Mick. I rode a Norton 850, back in the deep recesses of time. About the same vintage...I think '73. White with black pinstripes and trim. Was too much fun, too fast, and I feel lucky to have survived those days :D.

couldn't help it. I thought for sure this would go for over $10k. Freakin sweet bike , 245lbs with 62 horses , inverted forks , tuned suspension. Im actually feel remorse the first time I throw it down the track...

That's a good buy, you'll need to be the king of corner speed

Shoot I was riding around people in the corners on my Duke 390 which weighs 340 and has like 37 hp . This thing I'm going to be dragging elbows!!

I really enjoyed this video:

Well it?s sold.

Some enthusiast from Paris came yesterday, knows his stuff, already plans to replace the twin carbs with a single, a common fix for a recurring issue.

Good that someone is going to do it justice.

Shame I took such a bath on the price!

Good.

I haven't had a single person contact me after I posted it here.
Found out why 2 days ago and was going to write you about it.

There is a rumour that from now on you can't register a motorcycle in Denmark unless it has ABS braking system.

So everybody who have imported old bikes and haven't registered them yet are freaking out.

Simply because people can't read and understand stuff.
The rule will of course only be for bikes manufactured from 2017 onwards.
But some idiot posted on a big motorcycle forum that now you couldn't get your old imported bike registered, and the whole motorcycle community is ready to go to town, with burning torches and scythes.

Idiots!

But that is why nobody has called me about your Norton.

No biggy, I paid too much, thanks for the effort anyway.

Wife’s pissed off with me a bit, but the man who never made a mistake never did anything.

And you got to ride one of the most iconic motorcycles ever.

There will come a time when I'm flush with money, where I'll regret not buying it.

That bike can really make one weep about the way the British motorcycle industry managed to run itself into the ground.

Such a waste brought about by sheer stick in the mud stupidity.

This woman does some good videos of riding around the world:

What a special woman.
A lot of what she says, I can relate to, from my years of travelling alone in my youth:

I have been enjoying this beast 2 months now. Also own a gs850l and a 82 kz1100 of which I hope to be turning into a dirt dragster. Ive bought a house that backs up to forest service land, I'm stoked about it all, nothings wrong in the world, I just enjoy it.
