The Salt Creeks kick butt. A nice high pull with the 518 skidder and a tree jack can over come some serious back lean if you take your time and let the tools work their magic.

They were both over-ripe for sure but one was fairly sound and the others had some decent rot. The one pictured here looks to be fairly rotten but it seems that operator error was the biggest problem.
