    Pretty simple it looks like. He didn't have a front outrigger, so when he was rotating over the front everything started to tip. That rig should have a front outrigger for a 360" load chart. Without it he can't rotate over the front at all.

    Paul still shouldn't be the cheapest. You should come in at the middle with the pricing. A customer generally doesn't want the cheapest but they also don't want the most expensive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    This is exactly what I mean. The price of the job doesn't change, but your hourly rate might because you bang it out so quick. So in the end, the overall job price doesn't increase, but the hourly rate will because it takes you half the time to finish that job. Then you have to have the sales...

    It's a doubled edge sword. Personally, I might charge a hair more, but not much. Your goal is to bang out jobs faster then anyone else can, meaning you can charge the same, have a higher profit margin, and be able to bang out 2 big jobs in a day instead of 1 without killing your body and back...
