Nick, Both eyes are locking brummel. I burried the tails 3 in. past center on both sides. on the 6 or so inches of overlap I removed another 6 strands from each side so the thickness would be even. The eye n eye is about 34 in. long and the burries are about 19-20 in. or so. Hope that makes...

got some all gear tech cord 8mm last night and spliced and eye n eye. I used sampsons directions (mostly) for this one. questions: anyone splicing this and how are you going about it? All Gears Splicing directions look radically different for an eye and eye, is it ok to use sampsons method...
