I've wore my shirt and socks on and off for a week. I really can't tell anything different either. I thought maybe I did at first, but now I'm thinking not.

They get good reviews, so I why not. I just ordered a shirt and a pair of socks. I'm on my feet 12-14 hours a day usually, damn my feet and back hurt at the end of a long day. The ole back is stiff as a 2x6 in the mornings. We'll see what happens with this.
