I climb on static kern all the time with my HH. My rope and hitch combo is 1/2" KMIII and 3/8" TVP.

Fantastic Paul, we were never in doubt.

I love using both the HH and RW and actually had a nasty removal last week where I was tied in with both and it was awesome!

LOL. Paul I love the Valdotain knot, though it's too damn hard to say and spell so I'll just call it the "V" Knot or french prussic. Releases awesome for me as well.

Yup, that's what I call it as well, and the top wrap will usually collapse and make a 4 over 2 VT.

No Paul, my friend had some extra beeline that he gave me to try out.

I used 10 mm Beeline yesterday on 7/16" Tachyon and it works awesome. Much better than the TVP I think.

I could have so easily have sold all the attendes one at last week's TCI SRT Workshop. Everyone loved it!

Donny Coffey and I will both have our HH's this weekend when we put on the first TCIA SRT Workshop. Of course we are going to go over all aspects of SRT gear, but this is a great chance to show TCIA the HH, especially with the new manual coming out soon. Donny says that one of the rope reps...

Very nice Paul. I too found the TVP a little slippery after using it for a while, but the HH is truly AWESOME and I really love it. I'm curiuos as to what hitch you are using in your new setup. Is that a 4 wrap, 1 braid vt or some variation? I'm also wondering about the 12 strand for SRT...
