Not exactly true... Stihl makes homeowner saws and pro saws, just like Husky. If the crankcase is plastic, that's a sure sign that it's not a pro saw. A pro saw typically has better port work from the factory and they tend to be more powerful and weigh less than a similar sized homeowner saw...- cgraham1
