Its time for another brand, or a Stihl dealer that opens a box ahead of time for the simple fact that you are driving 100 miles to find out you are missing stuff. I would have snapped.
I cant tell you how many times Ive educated Stihl and Husky dealers based on the info on this website. Not educated them on fixing things. But educated them on saw quirks, issues, upcoming models, etc...
I had a few echos. They sucked, but were reliable. I usually had them because someone was pawning a newish one off for 75 bucks. They never really acted up that I can remember.
