    hahaha. Traveling State Park to State Park means a lot of windshield time. Have to watch out for getting soft, and consider working out to stay in shape for the first time ever. I have mostly cut out second breakfast.

    Spent4 40 minutes on the hotel treadmill last night. Figured I should start training for next weekend 5k. Last training was a month ago, for actuality running. 11 mountain miles of hiking with little D at 6000 feet in Yosemite counts for something, though.

    REI garage sale! about 180. (one handing keyboard--dahlia asleep in other arm:D). makes a good gear carrier for hike -camping at the music fest we just went to. surprising how much can be strapped on.
