    The rescue is the most technical event, it's easy to get bogged down in details and time out. Break it down into stages and give yourself a time limit for each part. Say it's a 6 minute time limit: 1 minute for assessing the situation, making a plan, and inspecting the tree/access line 2...

    Probably never now, that was back in 2008-09. I did all the comps I could for 5-6 years, until the second kid arrived and it started getting a bit more difficult. Might start again when they're a bit older.

    I found a practice tree, 3-400 feet a night, after work.

    Concentrate on being smooth, speed will follow. 19.7 seconds is my PB, couldn't do it now though.
