Agreed my saws run a couple of hours a day at most. They're spoilt by logging standards
But, as you know Willard, it can be very lucrative work, so I'll buy the best I can. which means the big two.
Lots of good things being said about echo ATM, the acid test is when pros start to rely on them.
In Europe at least I've never seen anyone use them exclusively. (In the tree industry)

Little echos are great, I don't understand why the 150 was viewed as something new, I've used an echo on a light trim and it was great, costs buttons as well.
My old boss didn't use them, used to call them "those bloody flat iron saws"
When he picked up my 020 and used it he was very impressed, at that time he was over 60 and too stuck in his ways.
Thought chippers were a waste of time as well.
