    Unfortunately, the pickup truck is a rare breed here. And due to stupid legislation, the vehicles are substantially weaker. Strong ones exist obviously, but they fall very quick in the special permit category.

    Can the rear axle and suspension withstand the increased leverage? Longer poles will add a lot of load on the fulcrum point. I'm tempted, but a bit reluctant at the same time to try that with my van. It is a reinforced version and has already a built-in crane in the rear doors, a small one...
