I agree Nick! It should definitely be covered, AND you should be given, or even have one delivered, a demo in the mean time. I would have my dealer by the short and curlys if this happened to me.

Much like I said about the future warranty. Make the dealer do it! I could see if you had just handed them 8 grand for somebody else's problem, but you didn't.

That is why I haven't changed yet. I wanted to research it more. Currently I use Lucas Red and Tacky with no issues to date. I would approach Morbark about their warranty before you take on a main bearing job. Who knows what they will do to your warranty if something goes wrong in the future and...
